After a hugely successful GBW in 2017, The Mill Brewery is back at it again - this year teaming up with locals Red Sparrow Pizza to throw Melbourne's finest VEGAN PIZZA PARTY! The Mill Brewery will not only have a number of speciality beer releases being paired with the food, but there's talk of a special collab beer being brewed just for the event.
Your ticket to this event will include all pizza and beer for the night. The following pizza and beer matchings will be on offer:
Pizza 1: Hawaiian (classic pineapple focused pizza, matched with a special one off version of The Mill's 'Pineapple Haze' IPA - this version made with pineapple juice!)
Pizza 2: Hail Seitan (charcoal infused black crust, with 4 types of mock meat, jalapeños and sriracha, matched with The Mill's 'Dark Lord Black IPA - a match made in ... hell!)
Finally for the night, punters will enjoy a dessert pizza to match a specially brewed one-off fruit beer from The Mill. More details on this closer to the date!
