Queenscliff Brewhouse shall be hosting a Boilermakers Dinner in their stunning regional tasting room.
A collaboration between our head chef, brewer and whisky manager will result in a 5 course dinner showcasing some of the finest artisan produce from the Bellarine region such as Ravens Creek Farm meats, Great Ocean Road Ducks and Drysdale Cheese.
The dinner will commence with an information session from our head brewer on our Prickly Moses craft beer and our onsite microbrewery with a tasting paddle of 5 from the range.
He will also talk about the exclusive brews he has created for the dinner - the reasons behind the food pairings.
Given that May 19 is International Whisky Day and we have a dedicated whisky bar we decided the dinner had to be a boilermakers, and as such, 2 of the courses will have a couple of matched whiskies to accompany the beer, one from Scotland and one from Australia.
