Henry Sugar presents a six-course vegetarian dinner in collaboration with cult Melbourne brewers La Sirene. The food will combine elements of the selected beers and La Sirene yeast strains to create eloquent matches in a refined simplistic Henry Sugar style. Utilizing harvested yeast and other techniques, we aim to highlight the naturally fermented nature that is so adored in La Sirene beers.
Expect a variation of our classic house sourdough, followed by four vegetarian savoury courses, palate cleanser and creative dessert with some unexpected pairings.
