Goose Island is teaming up with Melbourne’s Maker and Monger to bring Toastie Tuesdays to Welcome to Thornbury on Tuesday May 15.

Come and enjoy a range of bespoke toasties inspired by the Goose Island beers for one night only. Bespoke toasties for sale on the evening include:

• Rarebit toastie with Goose Island's IPA
• Fondue special toastie
• Americana toastie

The night will also feature two sit down beer and cheese pairing masterclasses at 7pm and 8pm - hosted by Goose Island’s Tiffany Waldron and Maker and Monger’s Anthony Femia. Pairing will include international cheeses handpicked with Anthony and the Goose Island team and Goose Island beers including:

• Halia 2017
• Gillian 2017
• Madame Rose 2017
• October Beer (in collaboration with Boatrocker)
