Well not anymore.. We thought we'd get a little loco and have a night showcasing just how wonderfully ales can work in cocktails.

A berliner weisse spritz doused with Australian Rose Vermouth triumphantly showing off her locally sourced botanicals perhaps?

Our famous micheladas proudly prepped using a Victorian single hop IPA with a heavy smack of smoky mezcal for good measure?

Hop sorbet gimlets spiked with highland Blanco Tequila? Flanders red IPA negroni? Sure, why not!!?
