Where The Wild Things Char will showcase Bluebonnet Barbecues head chef and owner, Chris Terlikar's ability to work with native ingredients, including hops, to create an environment where our favourite beer is matched to expand the palate, mind and imagination.
The event will feature both chef and speakers from Fixation Brewing in a sit down event with multiple courses.
Rare ingredients and limited release beers will be the focus of a once in a lifetime event!
