Being a brewery and distillery allows us to experiment in a way most others can’t, and we’ve been creating some amazing award-winning spirits made from beer.

So we’re inviting you to be part of an intimate group taking you through an evening of brewing, distilling, drinks, food, fun and learning.

You’ll sample four beers in three different stages – the beer itself, the distilled spirit version and the spirit created into a cocktail. While this is going on, you’ll be feasting on a brilliantly matched four-course dinner, crafted especially for the night by our chef with help from the brewers & distillers.

We’ll be doing a live distillation on the night as well, and to top it all off you’ll get to take a mini-bottle of the freshly distilled beer spirit home with you.
