Each delicious course will be based on the concept of milling, mashing, boiling, fermentation and chilling respectively, and matched to Bad Shepherd’s finest brews.

Set amongst the backdrop of the brewery, our brewer will take you on a virtual (and edible) journey of the brewing process, from grain to glass.
