We’ll be firing up our smoker, bbq & the rotisserie to take you through a tasting journey of five craft malt beers served alongside five locally sourced meat offerings.

Dennis Stewart, brewer from Little Creatures in Fremantle will be joining executive chef Malcolm Williams us to take us through all of the craft beers and share his love of craft beer and his passion for bbq meats.

Enjoy Smoked chicken tacos with a spicy tomato and habanero salsa matched to the Pan Head XPA, malt rubbed beef brisket with White Rabbit limited release Chocolate Stout, Flinders Island flank steak with Little Creatures Elsie WA ale, Asian Pork Belly with Byron Bay Brewery The Hazy One Cloudy Pale Lager & Lamb on the spit with the only Eumundi Lager south of Queensland.
