An afternoon of truly incredible proportions, with the good folk at STARWARD distillery in Port Melbourne playing host to the Boatrocker crew. If there is one event during Good Beer Week you don’t want to miss, then this is it!
Not only will you be treated to an amazing array and selection of regular and rare STARWARD whiskies, you will be also be drinking a fine selection of Boatrocker brews all aged in STARWARD whisky casks. A cheeky cocktail will be in there as well, and then there is the launch of something pretty darn special… DRAMJET… Yep, you read right! A truly MASSIVE collaboration with our good friends at STARWARD.
DRAMJET is unique. It will challenge and expand your ideas and your palate of what great booze can be. Our collaboration involves loads of whisky and loads of Ramjet imperial stout. Aged in 100L ex-apera casks, DRAMJET weighs in at around 20%.
For an afternoon such as this, we will need to ensure you are well fed as well… So our good friends from Pambula Oyster Co. are coming down and shucking the best oysters in Australia. On top of that, we’re bringing our offset smoker from the barrel room and plying you with awesome hearty smoked meats.
